It’s been 25 years since the start of Alan Jackson’s career. To celebrate his long and fruitful career, the Georgia born singer announced his 25th Anniversary Keepin’ It Country Tour with special guests Jon Pardi and Brandy Clark.
The tour will kick off January 8, 2015 in Fort Myers, Florida and come to a close on May 17 in Denver, Colorado at the Red Rocks Amphitheatre. Along the way, Jackson will make stops in California, Nevada, Texas, Arizona, Georgia, Missouri, Oklahoma, Wisconsin and a host of other states before the tour wraps up.
Fans can expect to hear all of Jackson’s hits from the last two decades, like “Remember When,” “Little Bitty,” “Country Boy,” and “Livin’ on Love”. But audiences may be in for a treat with some new music too. Jackson plans on releasing a new album in early 2015. Some songs from his new release will no doubt make it onto the set list.
Joining Jackson on stage will be Jon Pardi and Brandy Clark. Both are newcomers to the country scene, but have made quite an impression on Jackson. He praises Jon’s country sound and Brandy’s songwriting talent.
Fans can expect to hear Jon Pardi’s “Up All Night,” “What I Can’t Put Down” and “Missin’ You Crazy”. Brandy is sure to perform her hits “Stripes,” “Crazy Woman,” “Get High,” and “Hungover”.
Jon Pardi first gained recognition when he joined label-mate Dierks Bentley on tour as his opening act in 2010. In 2012, he released his debut single “Missin’ You Crazy,” which came in at #58 and peaked at #29 on the Billboard Hot Country Songs chart. His second single, “Up All Night,” was released in 2013 and became his first Top 10 hit. Pardi’s debut album Write You a Song was released in January 2014.
Brandy Clark began her career as a songwriter. She’s written songs for The Band Perry, Miranda Lambert, Billy Currington, LeAnn Rimes, Darius Rucker, Reba McEntire and Kacey Musgraves. In 2012, she opened for Sheryl Crow and made her Grand Ole Opry debut. In that same year, she also released a 3-track, self-titled EP that featured her hit “Stripes”. In October 2013, Clark released her debut album 12 Stories.

Over his career, Jackson has sold more than 80 million records and 50 of his singles have appeared on the Top 30 Country Songs list. He’s had 35 #1 hits and 50 top 10 hits.
